How fast will I get a reply?
We reply to every inquiry as soon as we can. We don't publish a fixed guaranteed response time here, since it can vary — if timing matters for your project, mention it in your message and we'll factor it into our reply.
Can I start with a small trial order?
Yes. We work with startups and small labels regularly, and a smaller trial or sample order is a normal way to start rather than an exception.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan and export to clients worldwide, with most of our current client base based in the United States.
What should I include in my first message?

Do I need a finished design before I contact you?
