Custom clothing manufacturing, one factory, full production line
Methodic International is a custom clothing manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan offering cut and sew manufacturing, private label production, and full package apparel production — from a single sample to a bulk shipment.
Cut & Sew Manufacturing
As a custom clothing manufacturer, cut and sew manufacturing is the core of what we do: you bring the fabric, pattern, or spec sheet, and we handle cutting, sewing, and finishing to your exact construction.
This service suits brands that already have a developed pattern or an existing style they want produced, or that are sourcing fabric separately and just need a reliable production partner to build the garment correctly, batch after batch.
Every cut and sew order is built against your approved sample, so the fit and construction stay consistent from your first unit to your last.
What's included
- Pattern-based cutting to your spec sheet
- Construction matched to your approved sample
- Bring your own fabric, or we source it for you
- Consistent fit across bulk production runs
- Suitable for wovens, knits, and fleece
Private Label & Full Package Production
For brands that want a single manufacturing partner handling everything, our full package apparel production covers fabric and trim sourcing, pattern development, sampling, production, and finishing with your labels and packaging.
As a private label clothing manufacturer, we produce garments ready to sell under your brand — not ours. Your labels, your hang tags, your packaging, built into the production run rather than added on afterward.
This is the service most first-time apparel brands and startups choose, since it doesn't require you to already have a developed pattern or sourced fabric to get started.
What's included
- Fabric, trim and accessory sourcing
- Pattern development from your design or reference
- Sampling and fit approval before bulk production
- Your woven labels, hang tags and packaging applied
- Finished, retail-ready goods on shipment
Custom Streetwear Manufacturing
Custom streetwear manufacturing is one of our most requested services — heavyweight hoodies, boxy tees, sweatshirts, tracksuits, and jackets built to the fit and fabric weight streetwear brands actually need.
We work in the fabric weights and constructions common to the category: heavier-GSM fleece, garment-dyed cotton, boxy and oversized fits, and drop-shoulder construction, alongside more fitted or classic silhouettes if that's your direction instead.
See the full breakdown of customizable options by category on our custom streetwear products page.
Styles we produce
- Custom hoodies & crewnecks
- Custom t-shirts
- Custom sweatshirts
- Custom tracksuits
- Custom jackets
Custom Sportswear & Athleisure Manufacturing
Custom sportswear manufacturing covers performance and athleisure pieces — training tops, joggers, compression and stretch garments, and everyday athletic-inspired basics.
We work with performance fabrics such as moisture-wicking knits and four-way stretch blends alongside standard cotton and fleece, matched to whether your line is built for performance, lifestyle, or both.
Whether you're building a dedicated sportswear line or adding athleisure pieces to an existing streetwear catalog, this runs on the same production process as our other categories.
What's included
- Performance & stretch fabric options
- Training tops, joggers & compression pieces
- Moisture-wicking knit construction
- Athleisure basics and layering pieces
- Custom colorways and panel construction
Sampling & Prototyping
Every order starts with a sample — before we cut a bulk run, we build a prototype from your spec, sketch, or reference garment so you can confirm fit, fabric, and construction in hand.
Sampling is also where fit adjustments happen. If something needs to change — a sleeve length, a fabric weight, a pocket placement — it's corrected here, before it's built into hundreds of units.
We don't move to bulk production without your sign-off on the sample. It's the checkpoint the rest of the order is measured against.
What's included
- Prototype built from your spec or reference
- Fit and construction review before bulk cutting
- Revisions ahead of final approval
- Sample becomes the QC benchmark for production
Embroidery, Screen Printing & Custom Printing
As a custom embroidery and screen printing manufacturer, we apply branding and graphics directly during production — embroidered logos, screen-printed graphics, puff printing for raised detail, and DTG/DTF printing for full-color or photo-based designs.
The right method depends on your design: embroidery suits small logos and text, screen printing suits bold graphics at volume, and DTG/DTF handles detailed, multi-color, or photographic artwork without the setup cost of screen printing.
Tell us your design and placement and we'll recommend the method that matches it, rather than defaulting to whichever is easiest for us.
Methods available
- Embroidery
- Screen printing
- Puff printing
- DTG (direct-to-garment) printing
- DTF (direct-to-film) printing
Custom Labels, Tags & Packaging
Private label orders ship under your brand, which means the details matter: woven neck labels, custom hang tags, care labels, and branded polybags or boxes, all built into the production run.
These are produced and applied alongside the garment itself, not sourced separately and added at the end — which keeps your branding consistent across every unit in the order.
If you're still developing your label or packaging design, we can advise on formats and specs that are practical to produce at your order volume.
What's included
- Woven neck & sew-in labels
- Custom hang tags
- Care & content labels
- Branded polybags or boxes
Bulk & Small-Batch Production
As a small batch clothing manufacturer as well as a bulk producer, we work with both first orders from new brands and repeat, higher-volume runs from established labels — without treating the smaller order as an afterthought.
Batch size affects lead time and per-unit cost, and we'll walk you through those trade-offs honestly before you commit to a quantity, rather than pushing you toward a bulk order you don't need yet.
As your brand grows, production can scale up with you on the same process and, where possible, the same fabric and construction you started with.
What's included
- Startup-friendly small batch runs
- Bulk production for established brands
- Honest guidance on batch-size trade-offs
- Room to scale order size as you grow
Sourcing Support
If you don't already have fabric, trims, or accessories lined up, we source them as part of your production order — matched to your fabric weight, hand-feel, and colorway requirements.
This covers base fabrics, ribbing and binding, drawcords and toggles, zippers, buttons, and any other trims your design calls for, sourced through our existing manufacturing supply chain in Sialkot.
Sourcing support pairs naturally with our full package service, but is also available on its own if you need materials sourced for a cut and sew order you're supplying elsewhere.
What we source
- Base fabrics & knits
- Ribbing, binding & trims
- Drawcords, toggles & zippers
- Buttons & hardware

Minimum order quantities
MOQs vary by product and fabric
There isn't one minimum order quantity that applies across every style, fabric, and print method — a simple screen-printed t-shirt run and a custom-fabric technical jacket don't carry the same minimums. Rather than publish a number that's wrong for most orders, we'll confirm your exact MOQ once we know the product and fabric you're working with.
What we can say without qualification: we work with startups and small labels regularly, and small-batch orders are a normal part of how we operate, not an exception we make.
Common manufacturing questions
What is the minimum order quantity for custom hoodies?
MOQs vary by product, fabric, and construction, so there isn't one fixed number across every style. We work with startups and small labels regularly — contact us with your product and fabric details and we'll confirm the exact minimum for your order.
Do you manufacture for startups and first-time brands?
Yes. Our production model is built to be small-batch and startup-friendly, not just bulk-only, and we support brands going through their first production run as well as established labels.
Can you handle private label packaging and labeling?
Yes. We produce custom woven labels, hang tags, and branded packaging as part of private label and full package production, so garments can ship ready for retail or fulfillment.
Can I supply my own fabric and patterns?
Yes. That's our cut and sew manufacturing service — you provide fabric and a pattern or spec sheet, and we handle cutting, sewing, and finishing. If you don't have those yet, our full package service can help source and develop them.
How long does production take from sample to shipment?
Timelines depend on the product, order quantity, and current production schedule. We give a specific timeline once we know your order details, and would rather quote an honest date than a fast one we can't hold to.
Do you ship internationally, including to the US?
Yes. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan and export to clients worldwide, with most of our current client base based in the United States.
